The course focuses on the practical skills facilitators use before, during, and after experiential programs. Public courses are added as dates are scheduled, and organizations can request private or partner-hosted sessions for teams, staff, or program groups.

The course is built around practice, feedback, and decision-making. Participants learn how to guide experience without over-controlling it, and how to help people make meaning from what happens in the room, on the course, or in the field.
