Before founding Greater Than One, Jose spent two decades in organizational transformation, change management, and learning design — leading a nineteen-year commercial transformation at Broward College, driving enterprise system adoption to 100% at Motorola, and facilitating leadership and change work for organizations including Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, UBS, and Royal Caribbean. Greater Than One was founded to bring that same throughline — diagnose the real gap, design for behavior, measure what actually changed — directly to teams that need practical, hands-on support.
He's trained more than 1,000 professionals and facilitated over 1,000 sessions, from small leadership teams to rooms of 350, and created the Work Style Self-Assessment — a proprietary framework used across Greater Than One's engagements to improve team alignment and change readiness. His work today spans Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, and growth-stage businesses looking for leadership development, learning design, facilitation, and operational consulting that holds up after the session ends.
